By accessing or using Photo Glow-Up, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Photo Glow-Up helps you create profile-ready images from photos you provide or are authorized to use.

You are responsible for the content you submit, the prompts you enter, and how you use or share generated results.

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You keep your rights to the photos, prompts, and generated outputs you lawfully provide or create through the service.

You grant Photo Glow-Up a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate the service, generate results, provide support, and maintain security.

Do not submit photos or other content unless you own it or have all permissions needed to use it with an AI editing service.

You may not use Photo Glow-Up to impersonate others, create deceptive content, harass people, violate privacy rights, or edit a person's likeness without permission.

You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexual, or misleading activity.

You may not attempt to bypass trial limits, payment requirements, security checks, rate limits, or technical restrictions.

AI-generated results can vary and may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended changes.

Photo Glow-Up is designed to create natural, profile-ready images, but we do not guarantee that every result will meet your expectations or be suitable for every platform.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, downloading, sharing, or using them commercially.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the service or other users.

Paid packs are one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise. Credits and pack benefits are fulfilled after successful payment.

Credits may be consumed when a generation or edit request is submitted, including when an output is imperfect or subjective.

Refunds are handled case by case. We may decline refunds for used credits, completed generations, abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including models, styles, pricing, trial availability, storage periods, or generation limits.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific processing times, or permanent availability of generated files.

Photo Glow-Up, including its design, branding, software, workflows, prompts, copy, and product experience, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photo Glow-Up will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Photo Glow-Up for the service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim arose.
